
Company Structure
We provide an honest service to our clients, and our key staff are professionally qualified and experienced. To ensure the required skills are brought into the construction industry we are involved with the CITB in the training of apprentices. Mike Bloomfield (BSC Hons) is the managing director. He formed the company in 1981 after working for George Wimpey and Higgins Plc as Project Manager. As well as providing a high level of direction for the company, and ensuring the high level of management is maintained, he is also involved in Marketing, Training and Health and Safety. Mike works as Contracts manager responsible for a portfolio of projects as well as being involved in new development opportunities and liaising with local Authorities. Chris Bloomfield (BSC Hons) joined the company in 1995 after training and then working for Wimpey Construction and Tarmac (Carillion). Chris works as a project manager and will often be in charge of several projects at a time but likes to spend as much time on site both liaising with the clients representatives and the site teams. Chris is also involved in Training and Health and Safety, and for the development of our technological expansion. Jean Blackey; office manager and responsible for day to day requirements from secretarial to administration, she comes from a professional background. Accounting; both purchase and sales managed by Edmund Carr Chartered Accountants (Chelmsford), from our office. |
